Halo Water Proofing is a MI-licensed Vapor Barrier Installation company that treats every Galien job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Galien technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Galien crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Galien homeowners.
Odor is often the very first clue Galien homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A Galien sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Galien customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Galien homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Galien basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Galien basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.

Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.

A Galien technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Galien horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Galien claim.
Our trucks are recognizable around Galien — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.
